Return Policy

We truly appreciate you choosing our handmade pottery! Each piece is crafted with care, and we want you to love and enjoy it for years to come. Because pottery is naturally fragile, we kindly ask you to consider your purchase carefully before ordering. We don’t encourage returns due to the risk involved in transit but we’re happy to help if needed.

Return Eligibility

•  We can only accept returns if the item arrives back to us in perfect, undamaged condition — completely intact with no chips, cracks or breakage.

•  You have 7 days from the date you receive your order to contact us about a return.

•  The piece must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging materials when possible.

How to Return an Item

1.  Please reach out to us within 7 days at enquiries@fayedumasceramics.co.uk with your order number and your reason for return. We’ll happily guide you through the process.

2.  If the return is approved, you’ll be responsible for:

•  Carefully repackaging the pottery using plenty of protection (bubble wrap, sturdy boxing, packing peanuts etc.) to keep it safe during transit.

•  Covering the return shipping costs.

3.  Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund as quickly as possible.

What We Offer

•  Items returned in perfect condition → Full refund (minus original shipping costs.)

•  Damaged returns (including damage that occurs during the return journey due to insufficient packaging) → Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

•  Custom or personalised orders

•  Items marked on sale

•  Any pottery that has been used or altered

A Gentle Note: We take great care in professionally packaging every order before it leaves our studio. When returning an item, please package it with the same level of care to prevent breakages. Please be aware of the risk of breakage during the return shipment.
